With a late reservation, Brittany was so very accommodating to us. She got us a great room for a really great price, and gave me all the information for an easy self checkin after hours. I was very happy to talk with Brittany over the phone, and felt very taken care of. Hotel Coral Reef is a perfect and easy stay for a night or two. We stayed one night and would recommend to anyone wanting a clean and spacious stay.

Only spent one night here between resorts while on island but the rooms were great and updated. Great view from balcony. Next to bike/walking path. Can walk to places to eat. The staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Location is outstanding, beautiful views. 2 mins from room to ocean. Rooms are dated but the feel of hospitality is excellent.

This was my first time visiting Hawaii and I learned quite a bit. Coral Reef is located in a very desirable area near in Kapa'a along the coastal road. After observing the traffic congestion on the coastal road caused by construction, I had concerns about missing my return flight the next morning. I was also concerned about cancelling because it was a non-refundable reservation. All my worries and concerns were put to rest thanks to Brandi and Alicia !! After expressing my concerns, their response was surprisingly supportive. They expressed compassion and understanding, instructing me to get a waiver over the phone in order to get a complete and full refund uncontested. And 24 hours later the refund posted to my account. I applaud Brandi and Alicia's unprecedented display of generosity. You will be well cared for as a guest at Coral Reef making your Hawaiian escape even more relaxing!!

Hotel Coral Reef at Kealia Beachfront was an incredible stay! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and having easy access to the beach made our experience even better. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a delicious welcome drink and fresh banana bread. Every detail made our stay relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway!

We stayed for 11 nights over the Christmas holidays and had the best time. It was a perfect location. The bed was so comfortable and the sound of the waves made for a perfect nights sleep after our full days. The staff provided us with a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels which was very helpful. We will certainly be coming back.
